Terms & Conditions | Voice lessons in Lörrach
A. It concerns individual lessons in Lörrach.
B. A voice lesson in Lörrach (from now on called ViL) is 60 minutes long and is offered as an individual lesson every 14 days.
C. Appointments for ViL are either made verbally or in writing (verbally at a lesson or over telephone; or in writing such as email, WhatsApp, or Text).
D. Usually the student comes to the ViL every 14 days at the same time. There are exceptions for shift workers. In these cases,
the student brings his work schedule to the lesson to make new appointments.
E. A ViL costs € 80 and is VAT exempt according to § 4 no. 21 a) bb) VAT (Deutsches UStG).
F. At the end of the month, the student will receive an invoice by e-mail. This should be paid within 14 days.
G. A ViL can be canceled without giving reasons until 6 pm two days before the agreed appointment. Cancellations can be made verbally (by phone) or in writing (Email, WhatsApp or SMS). In case of a cancellation one day before the agreed lesson until 6
pm, 50% of the price of a ViL will be due. After 6 pm on the day before the agreed appointment, the full amount for the ViL is
due, the same applies to cancellations on the day of the ViL.
H. There is no written contract.
I. There is no compensation for lessons that could not be attended, due to personal fault. There is no liability for compensation if a ViL gets canceled or missed by the student (§ 615 BGB). The pro rata compensation for this may not be deducted from the fee.
J. sing-einfach reserves the right to cancel a ViL at short notice. In this case, a new appointment for a ViL is made.
K. The student undertakes to prepare for the lessons in terms of content and organization.
L. sing-einfach offers the student his own, password-protected page on www.sing-einfach.de, on which the student finds several exercise materials. (PDFs, sound files, etc.)
M. The student commits to canceling a ViL, if he has an infectious disease.
N. A student must be at least 12 years old in order to take lessons at sing-einfach.de.
O. The lessons take place as usual during school holidays, if not otherwise communicated.
P. sing-einfach offers a free, 45-minute getting-to-know each other. This is not a singing lesson.
Terms & Conditions | sing-einfach via SkypeTM
A. It concerns private 1-to-1 lessons via SkypeTM.
B. A voice lesson via SkypeTM (from now on called VvS) is 60 minutes long. The VvS is set up as follows: 55 Minutes, plus 5
minutes buffer time for possible disturbances, such as reconnecting after a network failure, for example.
C. A VvS can only be booked over "sing-einfach.de", respectively the third-party service "sing-einfach.youcanbook.me." Booking requests that are made by Email, the Contact Form, Text, WhatsApp, etc., will not be taken into consideration.
D. The VvS will be confirmed by Email. Agreed dates and price are binding and to be honored.
E. Bookings that are made over "sing-einfach.de", respectively the third-party service "sing-einfach.youcanbook.me", are
reserved for max. 24 hours. Only a paid VvS is a confirmed booking. After 24 hours the reservation is cancelled and free for
others.
F. A VvS costs 80€.
G. The only payment option is PayPal. Other means of payment are not offered.
price will be refunded. There is no refund if the VvS gets canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
K. sing-einfach is not obliged to accept each booking over "sing-einfach.de", respectively the third-party service
"sing-einfach.youcanbook.me." sing-einfach has the right to decline a VvS.
L. If sing-einfach has technical difficulties with the internet connection, the lesson will be either prolonged or rescheduled. sing-einfach is not liable for time delays caused by technical difficulties of the student. The VvS can possibly be extended as a gesture of goodwill or rescheduled. However, this always requires direct agreement and is at the discretion of sing-einfach.
M. The student commits to be prepared for the lesson.
N. sing-einfach contacts the student with SkypeTM ideocall at the start of the lesson. The student does not call sing-einfach over SkypeTM, so that a possible VvS will not be disturbed.
O. It is strictly forbidden to record video and/or audio of the given VvS, as the exploitation rights for the resulting material are
fully property of sing-einfach.

A. It concerns services and goods that can be bought in the online shop of www.sing-einfach.ecwid.com.
B. The following general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply exclusively. Conflicting or deviating conditions will not be recognized, unless the provider has explicitly agreed to their validity in writing.
C. The presentation of the services and goods in our Internet shop do not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part,
but are only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods and services.
D. By ordering the desired service/goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for him to conclude a purchase contract.
E. A contract comes about only by the written order confirmation by the seller (for example by Email) or by the execution of the contract. Before that there is no claim to the delivery of the ordered goods or the execution of the service.

G. We handle your data with care, storing it electronically for internal purposes only and never sharing it with third parties. The customer gives the explicit consent to the processing of his data, as far as the order processing by sing-einfach.de requires,
with his registration.
H. The order will be sent as soon as the payment has been received and all items are in stock.
I. We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
J. The customer is entitled to withdraw from this order within two weeks after receiving the ordered goods and the cancellation
policy without giving reasons. To meet the deadline, the timely sending of the declaration of withdrawal to the above address is sufficient. The customer is then obliged to return the goods at our risk. The customer bears the regular costs of the return of
an order up to an amount of 40 EUR itself, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered.
K. If the customer is responsible for the deterioration, demise or other impossibility, he must compensate the supplier for the depreciation or the value. He is liable only for intent and gross negligence, if he was not properly instructed about his right of withdrawal and has not obtained any other knowledge thereof. For the release of the use or the use of a thing as well as for other achievements up to the time of the exercise of the revocation, their value is to be remunerated; the depreciation resulting from the intended use of a thing or the use of another service remains out of consideration.
L. For the terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the provider and the customer, the law of the Federal
Republic of Germany applies. Only the German language is the official contract language.
